WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to develop, both personally and alongside the company. To succeed in this role, it is important to manage rapid adjustments and changes in tasks based on customer demands and shifting priorities. Therefore, you should have the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions and ensure that work is carried out efficiently without compromising safety, quality, or deadlines.

THE POSITION INCLUDES

• Programming and operating CNC machines to manufacture furniture and wood products with high precision.
• Monitoring the production process and ensuring that quality standards are met.
• Collaborating with departments within the company to optimize processes.
• Performing maintenance and safety checks on tools and machines.
• Documenting and reporting production data and any deviations.
• Ensuring that finished products meet the company's high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant education in CNC programming and mechanical engineering, or experience working with CNC machines. Experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming and operating CNC machines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
